We frame, we build,
we stay.

A short method, from the first call to the monthly review. AI speeds up the making; the decisions, the taste and the responsibility stay human.

01 01 / Frame

We frame the need before drawing anything.

One call, a short document, a clear scope. We settle what we are really trying to solve, and what we will not do. No design before the intent is agreed.

02 02 / Build

A system before screens.

Type, colour, grid, components: the system first. Pages then fall into place and stay editable without breaking the whole. AI speeds up the making, but every line is read back. We finish with the launch, the documentation and a training session.

03 03 / Run

Going live is the beginning.

Hosting, monitoring, analytics. If the site goes down, if a page slows, if a form stops arriving, we know before you do. The project is measured continuously, not on the day someone worries about it.

04 04 / Improve

Every month we look, and we fix.

A clear report: what works, what is stuck, what we recommend. Fixes and small adjustments are included; larger pieces of work are quoted before anything starts. This is where most providers disappear.

The right tool depends
on your project.

We have preferences, and they are firm. But the choice is made project by project: a store usually starts on Shopify, an editorial site on Astro, an application on something built for it. You do not have to decide, that is our job: we choose, and we tell you why.

You will not rebuild everything in two years.

We leave out whatever has been fashionable for six months, and whatever we could not repair in three years. A project should hold for five years without a rebuild.

You are never stuck with us.

Widely used technology, everything documented, accounts in your name. Any team can take over, yours or someone else's. You stay because the work suits you, not because you have no choice.

You know what it costs to run.

Hosting, the CMS, sending email: subscriptions that come back every month, for years. We size them on real usage. A showcase site can cost nothing to host; a platform with accounts and data will not. Either way, the figure is stated in the quote.

Sites and content

Astro · Nuxt · Sanity · Payload

Commerce

Shopify · Stripe

Applications

Vue · React · Tailwind

Infrastructure and measurement

Vercel · Hetzner · PostHog · Resend

This list moves. We keep testing what comes out, and we keep only what holds in production. We also favour tools that automate well: that is what makes it possible to run and improve a project without losing days to it.

Typical duration: 2 to 6 weeks of build, then ongoing.
